We had a really scary situation late one night when our puppy swallowed something he should not have. Panic set in immediately because most places were closed and i had no idea what to do. It was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was life threatening. We utilized their after hours telehealth triage service and it was an absolute blessing. The vet on the video call was so comforting and calmly assessed the situation to determine if it was a critical emergency. They guided me through monitoring him until morning which kept me from losing my mind entirely. It is such a massive comfort knowing they offer this safety net when you need it most. The very next morning we took him into the clinic for a proper check. They ran tests on the spot with their equipment and thankfully surgery was not needed. I cannot express how much I appreciate the comprehensive care they provide from start to finish. They do not just treat your pet and send you out the door like a simple transaction. They actually follow up to make sure your furry friend is bouncing back properly. Every single interaction I have had with them has been rooted in genuine kindness. Getting a chronic diagnosis for your best friend is scary, but having the right medical support makes all the difference! A few months ago, our overweight tabby was drinking way too much water and losing weight rapidly. We booked a checkup and the team ran some tests in their lab. They were able to diagnose him with feline diabetes the exact same day, which meant we could start his treatment immediately instead of waiting around for answers. The doctor took plenty of time to sit down and show me exactly how to administer the insulin safely. They broke down the dietary changes without using confusing medical jargon. We didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment, which is rare these days. Managing his condition has been surprisingly manageable thanks to their ongoing help. We pop into the clinic for routine checks, and he is doing fantastic on his new regimen. Knowing we have such a caring team looking out for his internal health is wonderful.

In my opinion, the people here are great. My dog had never been there. She was in a lot of pain, and we didn’t know why. I called at 10am. It was their half day , but I was told to come in anyway. They assessed her, gave her some meds. A few days later I saw some improvement. But had to go back in fit stronger meds. ( it’s understandable to start with the weakest dosage to see what will help.)They again saw me the same day. They all seem to actually care about your pet. And they are very upfront about every charge, and make sure you can do it. I like that a lot. I will definitely recommend this vet.😁

When our dog was attacked by a wild boar he sustained an extremely deep gash on his neck that was six inches long! We panicked because he had never been seen by any vet on this island. We called this clinic, and remarkably, they were able to get him in and surgically repair the wound almost immediately. We were also very worried because we couldn't get a collar and leash on him, but they were like, don't worry, just bring him. Meg was wonderful! She worked with us to creatively get him into the office and get him examined and sedated for surgery. Dr. Ansari is highly competent and also extremely compassionate and personable. She was so patient and understanding when our dog became uncooperative. The surgery was a success and Jennifer clearly explained post op and medication instructions and kindly answered all our questions. We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our experience. We also felt the fee for services was reasonable, and honestly can't recommend this animal clinic enough!

I brought my Great Pyrenees in for her initial vet appointment almost three months ago. I knew something serious was going on with her right hind leg so I specifically chose this vet because they supposedly offered mobile service in the event I had to euthanize her. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The first few visits, the staff were friendly and accommodating given the circumstances. Once the vet was out on maternity leave, the staff became negligent and unsympathetic. I have been providing palliative care and had to wait three days for my pup’s meds and had to call back to check on the status as my dog is now severely suffering and the meds are the only way for me to help mitigate the pain. A few days ago, I called as it is now time to consider putting her down. I called asking if anyone can come out and did not receive a call back. I called a few days later upset and distraught and complained about not receiving a call back and the staff member who answered the phone refused to schedule an appointment and told me to go to a clinic. She did not even specify which one or where. The lack of compassion and professional misconduct was overwhelming. If I ever adopt another dog,
